Imagine that we came into this world wearing a black bug costume that is chunky and thick. You might think of it as similar to a Halloween costume that one wears at a Halloween party. However, instead of removing our costume after the party, we find ourselves still stuck in the bug. Now is the time to remember to take off our black bug costume once and for all.
So how do we get out of it? How do we take off that hot and miserable black bug costume? Well, it is up to each of us to remember for ourselves. We will remember when we are ready. And we will remember step by step or should I say a chunk by chunk? For the black bug costume is finally breaking off—chunk by chunk. After eons of lives we have lived, this is the life in which we can remember how to step out of the black bug.
I call it a black bug—others may call it the matrix, the program or the 3rd Dimension. Call it what you will, but know that it is not us, for we are pure light and love. We volunteered to come into this world with the black bug costume and we were chosen. Why? Because we have what it takes to remember that the black bug is not us and the black bug we see around others is not them. We have the courage, the strength and the light to remember how to get out of the bug. It is an inside job. Each person must debug their own bug.
Chunk by chunk as the bug around us breaks off; more of our love light shining in our heart can shine through. For eons and eons we couldn’t see our own light and no one else could either. We were like a bunch of bugs crawling on an apple around and around and around. Then one day we started to see something strange. We started to see light poking through the bugs on the apple. We started to actually see our true selves, our pure light.
When part of the black bug Halloween costume around us breaks off, it does not feel good. Because all the gunk that makes up the black bug is yucky. It is fear and everything that emanates from fear like anguish, disgust, hate, doubt, loneliness, austerity and on and on. When it breaks off, we can remember that the chunk coming at us is a gift. We can remember to breathe that chunk of “loneliness”, let’s say, into our hearts where all there is, is love. We can remember to let it sit there in our heart and feel it, own it. Let it transmute into love. We can exhale it out of the top of our head and do this over and over until we no longer have a “charge” around the word loneliness.
If we breathe in loneliness into our heart rather than throwing it back at someone or something, we will notice a hole in our bug. Yay! And we can make the hole even bigger by remembering to breathe into our heart the opposite word of loneliness such as “support”. The more our bug breaks off and the more we remember to breathe it into our heart and transmute it into the opposite feeling, our bug gets “Holier and Holier”! And the holier our bug costume gets, eventually; we can take it off once and for all.
As our bug gets holier and holier, the more love light from our heart shines out into our world. Just as we might shine a flash light in a dark room, we start to see things we’ve never seen before. The beautiful, wondrous miracle is that as we shine our love light, all the black bugs scamper away for they don’t like bright lights! We now perceive a “Holy” world where once there was darkness.
