Heart ladders

In my cleansing meditation this morning, I saw in my third eye many white ladders fly out of my red heart. “What does that mean?” I asked myself. It seemed an odd and random thing to see. I immediately received an answer, “Lisa, you no longer need to climb out of your heart as you know and understand all is within.”
